I have two hardware logon tokens - one for standard account, one administrative. I'm logging into Citrix with the admin token and the appropriate account is displayed as logged on.

My usual workaround for this is to remove my standard logon token before I launch Citrix. However, when you're connected remotely (i.e. Via VPN) you can't remove the standard token or it boots you out.This is all using the web client, in either IE11 or Chrome.Any ideas for a workaround, or what the root issue is so I can kick it over to our Citrix team? Where a drive doesn't exist or has invalid creds, it hangs the Receiver at that stage and doesn't timeout before the overall session timeout, resulting in the app closing.Hopefully this helpsJason.
