But likewise, I've posted A LOT regarding the Norinco JW-14, my one true love in the rimfire realm.
Personally, I'd take it over a 10/22 or 597 any day of the week, that's how much I'm in love with that rifle. I know it's not all that common, but God is it cheap, reliable, and relatively accurate (at least for me)! Anybody else here own one? If so, how do you like it? Any aftermarket goodies on it? Also, where would you find higher capacity magazines?
I have the factory 10-round mag, a Marlin 10-rounder, and two Marlin 7-round mags that just needed a bit of filing to fit in good. Now that you mention it, I have seen people on YouTube using the 25 round Champion mags as well. The plastic magazines they come with are nearly impossible to find and they're cheaply made. I'm definitely looking into getting different magazines that will work well. From what I've read, the Marlin 10 round mags seem to be the easiest to fit with the JW-14's. You would also probably have to make your own custom stock though since I don't believe there are any after market stocks for them.

Reliable, and IMHO it's up there with the Ruger 10/22, Marlin 795, and Remington 597 as an optimal plinker and small game/varnmit gun. But is there any aftermarket accessories for it, like tactical or aesthetic stocks? Apart from 795 magazines being compatible with the JW-14 after some sanding the aftermarket selection for the rifle is almost dry!! Anybody know of any stocks or anything else that might fit to this rifle?. Well, I did a lot of searching in between when I posted this question and now and I came up with something.

The JW-14 is a copy of the Armscor/Squires and Bingham Model 20, and in turn that gun has a version known as Model 1600. A lot of thorough research got me to the conclusion that maybe, just MAYBE, a Model 1600 stock would work. I'm gonna go to the local Co-Op outdoor centre tomorrow and see if the two guns really are closely related enough to interchange stocks and then I'm gonna see if they'll order one in a stock for me since they carry Armscor, and since they've ordered the odd accessory for me before.
